We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We use it only to deliver the service you subscribed to.

We do not collect your legal name, home address, phone number, date of birth, or any other personal identifiers beyond those listed above.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose other than operating Congress Pings.
Subscriber information — including email address and subscription status — is stored in a secured private database maintained by The Greenway Group. This database is used solely to operate Congress Pings and deliver the service.
We do not store your payment card number, CVV, or full billing address. All payment data is tokenized and stored by Stripe, Inc. under their own security and compliance standards (Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes, then deleted.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
The Congress Pings website uses Google Analytics to measure basic site traffic — page visits and traffic sources. Google Analytics may set a cookie on your device for this purpose; this data is used only to understand how visitors reach and use the site. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track your browsing activity across other websites for advertising purposes.
Stripe may set cookies on our payment pages as part of their fraud detection and payment processing systems. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Congress Pings is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email if the changes are material. Continued use of Congress Pings after any update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
